part number ATM-5775 A/F GAUGE

Hmm, I was just checking out those gauges, and I think ATM 4301 would be a better choice. Five bucks less, and more accuracy reading it since it has a smaller psi range. Your not planning on more than 20psi are you?
And if you want the silver color, then the afr gauge would be ATM 4375
If you want to check out the other gauges, the autometer site is easier to navigate than the summit racing site.

Id go with the boostsciences mbc. You can get one from 505zoom. As far as gauges since your only looking to spend $150 go with the autometer ultra lite boost gauge and A/F gauge. All of these should be under the $150 range

Stewart Warner makes nice looking gauges that really match the MSP gauges. Under $50 each. Get the silver face and they light up the orange/red like the stock ones do. http://www.racerpartswholesale.com/swindex.htm I had the JoeP and switched to the Boost Science MBC. $40-65 depending on which one you get. I like the Boost Science better. Gauge pod is going to cost you $50 from Jegs. Unless you get used I don't think you' can get all (4) for $150.

The cheaper one is just the gauge pod that screws into the stock pillar. The other, more expensive one, is the length of the whole stock pillar and just covers it up with 2 (or 3) pods for gauges.

Right, the difference is one of them covers the entire pillar, the other one is just a pod that bolts on to the stock pillar.

Yup, you can also pull the stock one off with the full pillar pod and just use the new pillar.

I might have to try that b/c mine keeps falling down when it gets hot enough to melt the tape (which, in Florida is everyday) lol.

Is this the one you have? The "0 - 30 "Hg Vacuum / Either 15 or 40 PSI Boost " version? I want to pick this up but want to make sure this is the one. And how hard is this to hook up? Anyone have any pointers? Thanks for any info.

Yes I have sw114537. If you don't plan on boosting alot, this is a nice gauge for the MSP that isn't too expensive. The autometer pods fit the 2 1/16" diameter perfect. I think you can go with the bigger one if you dremel out the hole in the pod. Boost gauge is easy to put in you'll need some vacuum line and a tee to fit the different size vacuum lines. I'd just buy a n assortment. Seems like every time I work on my car I need one.

I like Joe P, he's a good guy and such, but the boost controller from NSNmotorsports spikes less than my old JoeP MBC. Honestly, I think this thing spikes less than 0.5 psi... how well do those other company's controllers do?

The Boost Sciencs MBC you can run three different springs. With the middle spring it spikes exactly like the car does when stock. I ran the dual stage unit with one controller and could flip back and forth between stock and the MBC. Other than the amount of boost level it reacted exactly the same as stock. I also had a JoeP and it wasn't as consistent. I've since purchased another Boost Sciences controller and can switch between 2 elevated levels on the fly. The NSN unit looks really nice too. I'm going to try their spool controler once it is released. Then I should have everything that a EBC has without the setup headache or the boost creep. Plus extra $$ in my pocket.

Joe P or Hallman MBC's

Hallman have been rated one of the best MBCs on the market. I would suggest them. Unless you want a blown engine i wouldnt trust ebay ... too many kiddies went to home depot and created them and are selling them for cheap on ebay.

The NSN Motorsports unit is a quality item based on my experience.
