intake arrived!

I got my monsterflow intake from protosport racing today...pretty sweet..chrome tubing/intake/filter even the recharge/spray cleaner kit and decal...all for $119 Us
you cant beat that...came with deatiled pictures instructions for just the Protege too..I'll be installing it on thursday and we'll see how it sounds/works/performs...

i got it off ebay from the guy who owns protomotive racing...he owns a mazda mp3 and races in the speedvision scca series.

thanks, does it make a differenence, i was thinking of goin with the cold air instead of the short ram. thanks alot i will keep it in mind. i know scc is testing an mp3 with the monsterflow on it. ill be waiting to hear what they say.

well i installed it today..didnt take too long plus i did it at dusk in the snow..(sue me..i couldnt wait any longer :)

It sounds sweet..normal at idle but a nice growl at fot.

all in all seeing as we have loads of snow i didnt test it a whole lot...but it does seem more peppy from launch...

When we get a nice dry day i'll have a better impression..either way for $119 bones ...it sounds good..might have picked up 1-5 ponies ..I have no idea..but for looks and sounds..its great

oh..and no check engine light...all you have to do is undo the neg battery terminal before install as the manual states
