I've never heard of anything like this & to be honest, it sounds like BS to me. I think plug wires are overpriced as it is & I can't see spending $200 on something like that or getting a spark that's 300x more powerful (that doesn't even sound like it would be safe). There is only 1 review & it basically just says buy these. I can think of plenty of things that would be more worthy of your $200.

I know on older cars, an ignition upgrade is beneficial because old distributor systems couldn't pack as much of a spark as today's ignitions. That's why you see So many aftermarket systems for older cars (a la MSD, Accel, etc). I think our ignition system is fairly potent and suitable for stock or slightly modified trim. I'm sure if you're doing some insane turbo set-up, you may need a hotter or more sustained spark to ignite the mixture since you'll most likely be dumping a messload more fuel in.

IMHO, from your mod list, I don't think it will help you much. Your best bet is to use the money for your future mods list or put it towards your car loan if you have one.

... and that's my $0.02.

I think THEJOHNNY was one of the first to have them and he said he didnt feel a difference at all just helped his idle. If you want wires just buy the magnecores, they are about $130 cheaper.
