Does anyone know off the top of they're head the size of the stock compressor inlet (intake) turbo??I want to get and endcap for it to test for leaks..I'm guessing 2 inch but I wanna know for sure so I don't buy a bunch of different sizes just because I'm too lazy to measure for myself..TIA

it's a little less then 2.5" and a little bigger than 2.25" So if you can find a 2.25" cap might want to go with that one and strech it over.

He hit the nail on the head, it's just a hair bigger than 2.25". (I just measured my factory turbo which I happen to have sitting right here next to me) You'll want a 2.25" cap as anything bigger will be much too big.

mike, i think its bigger than 2 inches. the compressor outlet is 2 inches but I think the inlet is suppose to be 2.5 inches. I could be wrong though, once i bought the intake i never really checked.

It all depends on if you are talking about ID or OD.
Outer diamter on the compressor outlet is 2"
The Outer Diameter on the turbo inlet is about 2.25" (just a hair more, that's why the 2.25" hose that comes with the ION kit is so tough to get on). With the ION intake piping you use a 2.5" to 2.25" reducer coupling, When I upgraded i needed to get a 2.5" to 3" coupling for the GT28RS Inlet.
I have the turbo sitting right here and I have measured both. ;)
