Well just posted that i got a dyno run in yesterday, well so did my cousin with his 99 civic si. Hes got aem intake, dc 4-1header,apexi n-1 catback, aem cam gears, aem pulleys, aem fuel rail, aem fuel pressure regulator, aem fuel filter, clutchmasters stage 3, spoon light wieght flywheel, type-r lsd in b16 tranny, and motor mount inserts. He dynoed 155 and 108torque.
On way home he waned to race well really his brother in the pssenger seat wanted him to race. So we lined up at the light.
1st race: pulled him on first and beginning of second, he passed
2nd race: pulled him first, second, beginning of third, he passed
3rd race: pulled him first, second, he passed
4th race: pulled hime first, second, he passed
Now my car is completely stock except for short shifter, he has that too, He could not even come close 1st and 2nd, shows how much potential and good our stock setup is on take off we just need TOP END horsepower and die all VTEC EQUIPPEd VEHICLES.

i think either 132 or 142 ft-lbs.
according to edmunds the 99 si makes:
Horsepower: 160 hp
Max Horsepower: 7600 rpm
Torque: 111 ft-lbs
Max Torque: 7000 rpm
and those numbers are at the crank!
I keep confusing those numbers with golf cart numbers.

:) If you say so.... There aren't many 9 sec. Civic SI's around here.
I met up with a fairly stock SI in my truck too, read about it here (http://www.protege5.com/vbb225/showthread.php?s=&threadid=5373) .
I know better than to think my P5 can outrun an SI, but even so. The one I test drove wasn't impressive at all. *Shrug*
