does anyone know if the protege5 and the mazda mp3 steering wheels are interchangable?
that being said...anyone want to trade? will be going with a custom interior, and the steering wheel would be out of place. for those who don't know what a mp3 wheel looks like, it has titanium accents, rather than flat black.
that being said...does anyone know where to get a steering wheel rewrapped? just in case no one wants to trade.

well there is a difference....the cruise control....but I don't know if the pod is an intragrual part of the wheel or not....something to look at.

the pod is not an integral part of the wheel. the wheel itself is removable. in theory, it should fit w/o problems. seeing as how the only difference is the rack. wanna trade nuke? hehe

I'd trade, but I can't be without my car extended periods (like waiting for a steering wheel to arrive in the mail.
Send me yours first, then I'll give you mine once I get them switched. Kinda shitty, I know, but I need my car running all the time! Sorry I can't help you out any other way.
