I just asked this question on another thread, but since it's up here, I'll ask again :)

How hard is it to adjust the height? And can you adjust it often, or would you have to get alignment checked after?

iT TAKES ABOUT 5-10 MINUTES TO ADJUST HEIGHT. ITS SUPER EASY ALL YOU HAVE TO DO IS JACK UP THE CAR AND TURN THE COLLAR ON THE THREAD UP OR DOWN. IF YOU GO TO LOW MORE THAN 2INCHES YOU WILL HAVE TO RE-ALIGN YOUR CAR
