Ok I know this has probably been asked and yes I did a search but am not sure what exactly to search for. I have read most of the turbo threads and don't see any mention of this. I imagine the parts might be somewhat hard to come by but is there any feasability in adding them to a P5?

other than availability from mazda and price i dont see why not. you can get the entire piping, manifold, turbo, etc as well as an ecu if it is in fact different... bolt everything on and i'd imagine that youd be off

yes its doable.....but the only way you are going to get the msp parts from a dealer is if you have a MSP....that is what is in the wind right now....parts that are exclusive to the MSP will only be sold to people that own the car. Mazda has also put out that there will be NO turbo kit available for the Protege through mazda parts departments.
you would be better off going with one of the aftermarket turbo's

I assume if you're lucky enough to find a wrecked one, you could swap the whole deal into your P5 or MP3 and you're set.

im getting a MSP, but if I owned a P5 or MP3 and I was going to be voiding any potentially existing warranty I woudl go balls out and get the big one, not the little MSP one.......
