I'm not huge on the mesh grilles but it looks pretty good I think.

Detailed DIY write-up?

Any fitment problems or problems securing the grille?

Check out corksport.com...... I'm just going to add mesh to my top grille for now, i'll post more pics when i finish. The way i did it was cheap, just get mesh from your hardware store(about $5 for 8 feet) then cut it. It looks good when it is finished. :)

I did the same thing but I took off my grill and put the mesh over the grill it looks way smooth and cleaner, plus I put mesh behind the top grill

I would rather wait to get the billett grills. They are more aggressive looking.

I can't make up my mind. Part of me likes it and part of me doesn't. I would really need to see it in person to make a valued judgement. I think my main concern would be the quality of the install and materials. But props for doing it though.

I keep expecting to see chickens walk through the opening... (shrug)

I like Castle's grill, the right combination of mesh-size and a really clean install!

i hate wire mesh. stock looks so much better. at least paint the mesh black if you must have it. thats what I did and it looks stock...Flat Black and it was the $7.99 sheet as well but if left unpainted it will rust!!!

also if you paint tihe mesh black...paint the screws and tabs black as well so ti doesn't stick out...If you leave it as is paint the screws body color with the touch up paint you shuld have gotten wit the car...

Ok, maybe I'm cluless but if you're trying to make a mesh grille look stock, then why go to the trouble of replacing it? It already has a black mesh grille in place. (uhm)

That install would look a lot better without the screws. ::Nod.::

And the corksport kit looks niiiiiice.
