Need help removing panel under steering wheel

Hi Everyone,

I am trying to figure out how to remove the panel underneath the steering wheel where your knees are closes too. I couldn't find any screws to remove. I am trying to access to the back of the extra empty switch panels on the left side under the gauges. Any help will be greatly appreciated.

I'm going to attempt to take apart most of the interior this weekend. If no one else responds, I will post pix next week.

Remove the hood swirtch by pulling on it and you'll see a screw behind it, others are just clipped

Here are the pics of the screw you need to remove. I was able to get the screw driver in without removing the latch only because i had trouble getting the latch out, but it does need to be removed.
