Dishonesty of certain forum members

I am writing this thread out of total disgust. I think that it is wrong especially in a little community like ours to steal and lie to our fellow mp3 brothers and sisters. I was trying to source a mazda mp3 subwoofer and requested if anybody had one available in the for sale section. I conducted the whole transaction on the forum and send this certain member a payment. I anxously waited and got no subwoofer, email nothing. It had been 3 weeks now and I am sure that I lost my 170 beans.
What is to learn from all this? Dont conduct any internet transactions unless its ebay or a C.O.D.. Its just a shame that one of us is like that. But what goes around comes around and thats the truth! I am not going to mention any names on who did it but you can go to (SUBS FOR SALE) and see who was the ratbastard who jipped me. That way he won't con you like he did me.

Hey spoolin sorry to hear about the problems you are having and I truly hope that things do work out here.

Not defending the lack of answering the emails or anything, but is it maybe possible that he has sent the sub to you but it just hasn't arrived yet? I know that sometimes the mail service can be slow....just trying to remain positive on your behalf and like I said I hope it turns out ok for you.

eBay isn't the safest place either. I won an auction for 2 solobaric 12's and paid $466. What did I get?.....................not a god damn thing! sure eBay has insurance but pays (I believe) $175.

This is not cool...I can't stand shady people and broken promises. Do you have any way of getting in contact with NCYZMP3...number, other e-mail addy’s…does anyone know? We must maintain and preserve what’s great about our community and rid these forums of shady bastards :mad: Not accusing anyone but its not looking good for NCYZMP3 …this will be an example to others!

NCYZMP3, if you are reading this I strongly recommend you come forward and explain yourself!

I will send an e-mail to NCYZMP3 and try to clear this up.

Terry has been gracious enough to let us in on his custom turbo install and this happens…unacceptable…I hope everything works out.

In the next iterations of this board maybe there should be a way to rate a user and give feedback to a user based on the transaction trustworthiness. Like what is available on EBAY. Not that this can't be gotten around, just like on EBAY but it might help a little with problems such as this. I think it's fair to post the rats name publicly. Actually, any info on the person should be made public just to reference for future transactions.
