Sorry buddy. No mazdaspeed 3. Only two mazdaspeed vehicles have been produced yet, the mazdaspeed protege, and the mazdaspeed miata. As for apperance, I believe there is some good stuff out there for the 3 now, but it's not my department so I wouldn't know exact products. Biggest tool is the search.... welcome to the forums.

Even though there isn't a Mazdaspeed3, people still need a place to set the good ol' Speculator on high!
Have fun!

Oh...this will make it obvious that I'm new to the idea of shifting and draggin...(i used to drive an automatic 1990 Chevy Silverado)...I dont know much bout the shifting...when it comes to draggin, where do u shift for maximum speed? I'm playing Need for Speed Underground right now, and they have "perfect shift" put on 500 RPM over red line...which would be 7000 for us right? is that correct or r u just supposed to do it at red line?

From what I've experienced, just after 6500 RPM is the sweet spot - the HP peaks at that point and begins to fall after it. It also seems to leave you around high 4K RPM in the next gear, which is a very torque-rich area of the powerband.
Your results may vary and other people will probably have different techniques, but with only 1100 KM of driving mine that's what I've used so far.

thanks, and another thing...all these people that have mods on there 3s...do they just not care about the warranty or what? me and my friend that has an 03.5 speed protege kinda just have to stick to tintin the windows and possible cat-back...and maybe some appearance stuff...but as far as internals it all voids our warranties

Nobody has changed internals on the 3 yet. There are no internals available to buy.
However, changing something about your car does not void the entire warranty. It may void the warranty on that part, but not the whole car.
Also, on Need for Speed, the "perfect shift" point varies depending on which car you have and how many mods you have on your car, just like in real life. The perfect shift point is generally where the car makes peak HP or just a hair beyond. In the case of the 3, that's around 6500 rpm.
As far as the Mazdaspeed3, there are rumors, speculation and even a few prototype pictures but it's not made production yet, not even in Asia.
Welcome to the board!
2.3 has cams....but if done wrong the valves slam into the pistons on instal. yeah 7000 is too far...only gains is the sound from the cai.
