Has anybody else had what looks like there was a blister on the hood of there 3. Mine looks like it has one but i didn't want to touch it. If the paint is messed up is there anything i can do about it.

Its warrentied, it should be covered. Just take it to the dealer.

Would they have to send my car to a body shop and about how long does it take to repaint.

Why wouldn't you ask your dealer that?
