19" Rims on MSP

They've got the wide fenders strips & side skirts on Corksport but not that front bumper, anyone know who makes that one? (msptitani

I love the look of the 19's and the big brakes, but those rims are pretty ugly and tweed interior makes me wanna vomit. It sorta reminds me of the VW rabbit pickups, man i wish i could find one in good shape, the ultimate sleeper with some work!
