mazda3 chip

Hi, I saw on ebay many offer for chip for the mazda3 that are supposed to add approximately 20hp... I think it sounds a little bit doubtful for the price asked (20-50$) but i would like to know what you guys think.

you can go to radio shack and make your own resistor under $5 (and sell it on ebaly like the pros!)...save up for a real PCM or other "Working" items to come out
