03.5 Lip ? and Sport 20 conversion ?

Ok guys, will the 03.5 lip fit on a sedan without buying a new rebar? I know you have to buy the other parts with it such as grill etc etc, but not a rebar since this one will not have fogs? Let me know

For all you guys that did the sport 20 conversion with front bumper ,sides , rear bumper and new headlights, how much did that cost? Total

The front lip won't fit without a new bumper, and the bumper won't fit with out at least modifying the bumper rebar.

For the whole conversion, I would budget $1500-2000 for all the parts including a decent paint job. (I haven't done it, so that number could be low.)

sport20 conversion? what year is your protege? the JDM sport20 bumper will only fit 1999 and 2000 models, and an 03.5 lip will not fit on a sport20 bumper. i have tried an autoEXE lip on the sport20 bumper and believe me it will not fit at all.

corksport does sell an autoexe lip for the sport20 bumper though, but its like over 400 bucks, more than the bumper itself.

I have an 03 protege...but hell with the right body work and all I could get it done so I think :) The sport 20 conversion would look tyte ass hell ..but damn it will be expensive

corksport sells the entire package, at over 2G's plus shipping. they will fit on any 3rd gen protege, but you will need a new hood if you are 01+.

The J-SPEC (JDM) SPORT 20 front bumper only fits 99-00....hmmm I wonder how much modification will be needed to fit an 03

if you buy the entire package, all you will need is a new hood and bumper reinforcement bar. everything else will bolt right on.

whether the bar will fit the chasis is unknown, but i think i remember that it will.
