Taillights

Hey,

I was just wondering if anyone knew of other taillights beside the stock and the euro's. I put on the Euro's. I think they look all right, but i'm tired of seeing everyone with them. I saw a car with them on Mikes webpage. Does anyone know what they are and where i can get them. Thanks for your help

Those have been custom painted, one of a kind. I believe they called it "Candied"
You can probably do it yourself but I am not sure what kind of paint to use.
Maybe someone else on here can tell you.

at least i'm helping!

and yes, model paint. it has been done many times over at clubsi (http://forums.clubsi.com/cgi-bin/Ultimate.cgi?action=intro). testors transpaent smoke tint has also been used to provide a tint to tailights. testors makes good paint, and it is not water based so it hold up pretty good, too.

Everyone is also forgetting to mention, for our friend, that yes, they used the testors paint on the housing, but they also used (probably vinyl) covers over the bottom part of the light... Im not sure which part he was asking about, or maybe both, but i thought i'd throw that in there too....
