Tranny issues

I am feeling a shifting problem , its an auto.. 37000 miles.. when i would get on it, it would usually shift 1st to second at about 5700 rps... now it shifts at redline, same for 2nd to 3rd.. could a tranny flush solve this problem?, i have no check engine lights...

Has the fluid ever been changed? I would do the flush, it can't hurt and you have plenty of age on that fluid now.

I can't say for sure though because my auto 2003 has always shifted at redline. I had my tranny flushed at about 32K and it shifted better.

all ihave is the k and n dropin filter..

mine was doing that a while ago ... i ran some stp fuel injector (didnt think it would work but hey) and i had better shifts, try and put some of that in when your almost on empty

kool , at work i have a tool to clean all the injectors in one shot, u turn the fuel pump off, and we have aresol cans of fuel + cleaner premixed, the car will run off of the can for 15 to 30 min , but injectors will be spotless..

i have an auto and if i floor it, it will shift at redline from day 1. 43.5k miles right now and if you have it in drive, it always shifts at redline for me. it has never shifted "before" the redline (e.g. at 5700rpm) if i'm flooring it.

hmm , maybe i am just breaking it in , i bought it with 33000 miles, but i really didnt start doggin it out till 36000 after tune up..

nothing is wrong with it shane ... keep dogging it lol and get the flush later on when u feel the gears dragging, like if it doesnt wanna shift

hahaha i wont dare do that with my car. my car will shift weight and drag body. im surprised u didnt. u dog ur car like that ? i dont know how someone can do that shit risking them losing control or whatever. i did all that to my car when it was stock, nearly killed myself one night. but ever since i got rims and drop, i dont fuck aroudn anymore

all i have is rims and a body kit, i am still riding high... plus i have a designated spot for that.. where i cant hit anything and it is cement with shell dust all over the road... so i slide easily..
