Any more new mazdaspeed proteges?

I'm wondering if anyone knows if there are any more new mazdaspeed protege's left in the US cause I want one but I can only find used ones.

yeah,theres one at Bill Lang mazda in Vallejo CA it's 2003.5 yellow with 28 miles on it.

I'm located near Chicago IL and supposedly they're all gone and the dealer said that they would ship one from another dealer. Are they going to rip me off? And also is the consumer rebate still active?
