As in the title, I am getting a MSP Racing Beat rear sway bar and I need the subframe to mount it to. Any of you with a wrecked MSP that still have theirs, or are there any local people with aftermarket that would like to trade with me (for some cash of course)?

Does anybody know the part number at least? I don't want to buy the whole kit because I already have the bar...

You dont need the sub frame to mount the MP3/mazdaspeed bar to your car .I used the spacers that AWR Racing uses on their bar . I also used the stock 15mm swaybar bushings and brackets to mount the bar to the spacers . You will however have to opem the stock bushing to fit the larger bar .

Not the best pic but it shows the bar installed

These are the bracket you need to install the bar ,If the bushings and bracket are included ,get the 19mm and open them up to 20mm to fit the bar .

Sweet! Thanks.

I emailed Tony at AWR last week and he replied with something similar:

"I believe what you require is a pair of chassis mounts and 20 mm bushings from us and then use your p5 horseshoe clamps with these parts. That should allow installation of the racing beat bar into your p5. the brackets are $20 ea. and the bushings are $5.80 ea. + shipping. [7.50] with in the states.
They are in stock.

thanks / Tony / AWR "

I just hadn't heard that for sure from anybody else. The bar that I am getting is from an MSP, not an MP3. I have read that there is a difference between the two. I guess that it probably doesn't matter though if Tony says it should fit.

Thanks for the reply.

They use the same sway bars on both the MP3 and the Speed

Hey macklum. Do you need to use the AWR endlinks too, or is that just an upgrade? will the P5 endlinks work?

Stock links work just fine ,I used the AWR links so I could adjust how fast the sway bars come on in the corners

Cool, thanks. I plan on getting the AWR endlinks, but not right away. Which ones do you have? for the 19mm or 21.5?

The adjustable endlinks are the same for both bars . However I had Tony custom make me a set of barrels for the rear ,my barrels are 5 1/2 " long on the rear ,the regular ones are 6 1/2 inchs .
