greddy turbo timer

just wondering if anybody installed a greddy turbo timer,
i'm just figuring out the wiring so that i could hook this up...to bad all my instructions to this timer is all in japanese, or if anyone can tell me what wires to tap into...GREATLY APPRECIATED...
