Youre gonna need a 14 mm wrench, some wd 40, and about 2 hours. Its really very easy to unbolt the old exhaust, and then the new one just bolts back on.
Also, a nice mallet is good too, to beat on the wrench to work em loose.
I had trouble getting a socket on the nuts, so i used a nice socketing wrench, but any 14mm wrench will work.
Another hint, youre going to have to unbolt the muffler to get off, because of the sway bar, and the exhaust hangers just push out.
Then the catback drops off.
Unbolt the cats from the downpipe, and it just falls off.
Fairly simple process.
:)
My advice. Tight the bolts as much as possible, you want a GOOD seal on the gaskets, or you'll have annoying exhaust leaks..

takes about 30 min if you have a jack and air tools. (did it in 25 last time)
Its SUPER simple, just take one off, put the new on. lemme know how the high flow cat thing works out as i have thought about doin the same.

dont do that. if you tighten it TOO much youll bust up the gaskets and then have exhaust leaks for sure. i did this myself over a year ago.
also what i did when installing my turbo is i sprayed the gaskets with copper spray before i mounted the exhaust.

do it yourself, its so easy youd laugh at yourself after spending 30 bucks if you ever found out how easy it is.
another tip, make sure your wrench is metric. dont try to use a standard wrench those bolts are tight as hell.

The most time consuming part of an exhaust install is removing, soldering, and re-running the MIL eliminator/o2 sensor LOL.

Which he won't have to do (except for removing the O2 sensor from the stock midpipe...it's a PITA) because he's getting a cat replaced

He won't have to solder but he will have to move it and re-route it because he won't have that bung anymore.

You have one. There are 2 bungholes (yeah I said bungholes) in the stock pipe. The corky exhaust only removes one of the holes. The hole that is close to the front is just plugged with a giant bolt. Just remove and relocate. It's all in the thread from the GB. Easy install you can do-it!

You better...after the cat of course. You won't need a MIL eliminator

Ahhh, but the man now has options. He can put in the stock location up front and add a mil elim or he can get a new bung and put it after. decisions decisions. Putting it in the stock location upfront and adding your own or an ordered mil elim would probably be cheaper but whatever works (dunno)

Might as well do it right the first time? Get a bung after the cat
