#here i am again...#
ok, remove the radiator support brackets, you'll need needle-nose pliers to get teh two brakets hidden inside the radiator crossmember...then remove the "pop-tabs" in the center of the grill, then remove carefully, there are two tabs at the top of the bumper...watch for those...good luck.

what a pain in the a$$! I dont think there were enough clips on that part. Mazda should recall that one for a grill with 30 more. Its a very high stress area after all. (rant)
It took me like 2 hours! and I consider my self mechanicly experinced I was afrade to horse it out but I had to use all my strenth to pop that sucker out only to relise later that the top part I want to get painted can come out!
ME
(stupid)

you shouldnt have a problem, when i put my billet grill in I just knew that i had to get a little rougher than I thought. but the billet grill will need to be modded, the top section that is. you will see when you recieve it.
