I'm pretty much guaranteed on getting a loaded (guns) red 02.5 mp5 and am just wondering if you girls/guys have bought things online and what your feedback is. I have never bought anything online but think that I want to because I'm lazy, it's convenient, and there is a huge selection.
Oh yes and I forgot to mention that I love you guys and am still excited to be part of the family....probably will feel this way forever.

now that i think about it...when my bro-in-law first got his rx7...he found it on the internet...he asked a billion questions...had the guy take several pictures...and he even flew out to texas to inspect and test before finally making the agreement over the net...in the end it worked out nicely...i guess just make sure it's as good as it seems...good luck

are you going to buy your p5 online? if you are let us know how it went. I'm sick of haggling and playing games with them damn salepeople/managers
as for buying other things, I've bought a lot of stuff online, mostly computer hardwares. I just bought a Canon ELPH S200 digital camera off Buy.com for $286, which is like $64 cheaper than retail at Best Buy.
My advice on internet shopping: stick with reputable merchants when buying big ticket items (read $100+ items) so you have someone to complain/sue if something goes wrong. I haven't bought anything major off EGay, just some silly cell phone antenna booster crap for a $1. Still uncomfortable on making big purchases on EGay after that recent news of that guy that scammed over $500,000 on EGay......

My friend bought his Subaru 2.5 RS online. I've personally purchased about $4000 worth of parts for my old 97 Civic online aswell and never experienced a problem.

Thanks all for replies on this post.
To cut to the chase I wanted to get an injen intake off their website, but have never order car parts online. I've seen that most people have had a good sale with those people, but I just wanted to see. I've also heard about how on somethings people have waited for months to get things, such as the cat-back exhaust, however I know that's on backorder and I wouldn't order that until I found out otherwise, but I'm sure there's somethings they don't tell you is on backorder until after the sale is made.

LMAO I don't think that will ever happen, even when you buy a car from an online dealer, you still go to a local dealer to pick up and check out a car. These unorganized way of buying cars is a way of life I guess, just like taxes LMAO.
