I have a P5 w/leather interior. After taking my mutt to the local track...(as in running....not autocrossing:) ) she got paw prints on the seat. I bought some Meguiars leather wipes and got rid of the paw prints.....but now I see lil streaks here and there on the seats. Any thoughts on this? suggestions on what to do or what product to use in the future?

First off, get some seat covers for when you take the pup with ya. I have 2 big dogs I haul around in my MP3, and I got some decent looking seat covers and only really use the rear ones. It's amazing what they can do to save the material.
As for leather cleaners, make sur eyou use a healthy amount of it. Leather likes to me soft and mooisturized, so it's difficult to put too much on, at least in my experience.
Can't remember the products I used, but I would bet the Meguiars is pretty good stuff. That's all I use to clean the outside of my toys now.
Good luck.

Try using Tannery's leather cleaner/conditioner...I use it on my mom's Acura and used to use it on my Grand Cherokee. Stuff works pretty good and isn't too expensive.

I don't really want to bother with a seat cover....if I had the cloth interior yes....but w/the leather....it really shouldn't be necessary. The dog only ways about 10 lbs....so it's really just a matter of wiping the prints off.
I agree about Meguiars....at least before this! I use their products for the outside of my car as well. But was disappointed with the results of these leather wipes!!

Thanks....I'll look for it next time I'm at the auto store.
