your opinion on downpipe performance

ok well i created this thread to see what people think about performance differences between custom downpipes and premade downpipes. the comparison would be between a premade pipe like the 2.5" Apex dp w/ hi-flow cat versus a custom 2.5" pipe with a magnaflow hi-flow cat. the custom pipe would not be stainless. personally, i would think that there would be little difference considering there is only one bend in the pipe. what do you think?

buddy, haven't you got the response you want/need from your other posts ?
I don't see you saving much $ going for a custom DP (midpipe) due to the cost of the flanges.
It's all just pipe, so performance should be the same.
Aluminum won't last as long as s/s.
