Hello All,

I was noticing something about the CF Hoods available from DGMotorsports (http://www.dgmotorsports.com) and Fiber Images (http://www.fiberimages.com)

They do not have cut-outs for the windshield washer nozzles that I can see!

Maybe the pics on the websites aren't the best or I am losing my mind but there are no cut-outs.

I love the look of a CF Hood but want to keep the function of the washer nozzles, too.

Any advice or information is appreciated.

Here are the pics of the hoods in case you dont feel like searching on the respective sites for the pics.

It can't be too difficult to drill a hole in for the washer nozzles.

The APC doesn't have holes either. If you want to keep them you will have to drill holes.

Any compitent body shop should be able to drill holes for the washer nozzles. You can barely see them here, but my buddy Mike had the shop he went to drill holes for his nozzles.

I'm not sure how much they'll charge, but they can do it and it won't harm you're hood assuming they know how to work with Carbon Fiber. Before you let them touch your hood, make sure to ask them if they've worked with Carbon Fiber. We had somewhat of a tough time finding a shop localy that would work on his hood.

It's not that hard to drill cf actually, all you really need to do it is masking tape and a unibit. I drilled the cf hood I had on my civic for hood pins, same deal.
