MP3 in AUTOMOBILE mag

Yup the MP3 is once again in a auto magazine...this time AUTOMOBLE. Its a comparison bewteen: MP3 1/4 > 16.9 > 8.7 0-60

SVT Focus 1/4 > 16.1 > 7.7 0-60
Sentra SE-E Spec V 1/4 > 16.0 > 7.7 0-60
GTI 1.8t 1/4 > 15.9 > 7.4 0-60
Civic Si 1/4 > 16.2 > 8.1 0-60

its a blue one. i like the pic of the mp3 and civic si going around a turn the civic has so much body roll and the mp3 has none.

So how many magazines has our car been in now? I think I have a bunch, so I'm gonna count..

Car and Driver (yellow, Nov '01)

I think that's all that's out right now. If I missed one, let's hear what it is!

And from what I've seen, the only complaints have been lack of power.. the old people magazines (Car and Driver for instance) seem to love dissing the MP3's stereo system, which most of us appreciate and love, so that doesn't matter.. and Super Street's biggest complaint was the tiny production number.

So all in all.. all these magazines agree that MP3s kick ass! Mwahhaha... yeah.

i got the gtec and a cai and custom run exhaust, when i did 0-60 time, spinning through first I ran 8.1 sec. did it 3 times; 8.2, and 8.1 twice, what's up with that?

auto week is the june 18th issue. its a good issue its what sold me on this car. i went out immeditly and put a deposit on one. its on the front cover issue is called "TUNE IN" "Mazda Rocks a New Generation of Car lovers"

also theres an ad in C&D aug.
and the auto week issue. 2 page ad.

Found another article containing the MP3.. Motor Trend Jan '02, the car doesn't get much in the spotlight (it's a 27-car test.. of course the expensive cars are gonna get the attention) but it IS there.. which is good enough for me!
