What does everyone have left to do before the MTMA Meet this saturday in Jersey.

I know that whenever we have a huge meet, and I have been through quite a few, we allways have to go through the last minute preparing. I was sitting here going through all this tuning and preparing and cleaning of my car and I was wondering what you guys are going through right now trying to prepare for this meet. I know that there will be almost 50 + cars showing up. So feel free to cough up your prep work.

repaint the calipers. yeah that's a good Idea. I have to do that to.
I purchased some brakes from autozone, and for gods sake they are loud. Replaceing those tonight.

get new door panel with newly painted accents( hopefully) and center console(hopefully painted) put on
take back rental car
make mix cd for trip

im having some detail place wash and wax my car, im to inept to paint my calipers or i would do that too.........gettin an alignment done and MAAAAAAYBE having some coilovers put in, as long as they get here in time!

Why can't you guys paint your calipers, shoot I did mine today. I got a nice little wire brush set from Autozone a while ago. It comes as a set of 3 and they are about the size of 2 toothbrushes. I used some paint (flat black ) called Rust Tough if I am not mistaken. I just have to shampoo my interior and seats, vacume out the car and wash and give it a nice coat of wax.

Damn time is really winding down. I still have to take my butt to Pathmark to pick up the goodies on the list that I will be bringing.

Use up all of windshield wiper fluid and not replace it

Open up hood, leave car like that until Sat - drive around with hood open, collecting as many prizes from the road as I can in my engine bay

Park my car next to the dump and let the birds at it

Take out my tire weights

Put all my stock stuff back on

Well I Simple Green'ed the engine bay, and claybared & waxed half of my car. So now half of my car is all shiny and nice, and the other half isn't lol.

I probably won't get a chance to re-paint the calipers...so it's shitty looking calipers and rotor hubs for me!

installed my new catch can (which i got today), tightened up my exhaust, rotated the tires, took a nap, simple green'd the engine bay, washed, waxed, vacumed, tried to get the tire shards from behind the front wheels (headshake . Ready to rock and ruin for tomorrow. Rollin ya heard.

Washed and "waxed", widows cleaned, wipe down interior in the am, do tires and engine bay upon arrival, DO NOT SMOKE IN CAR ON TRIP. WAIT UNTIL I GET THERE. The rear passenger compartment in these things is like a vacuum for ashes! Sucks.............
Calipers done, not too happy with them, though. Seems the paint started setting up too quickly....Plus I was short on time and could only remove one wheel at a time...........

I got the car wash today and cleaned on the inside a bit still need to shine the inside a bit and finish taking crap out of my trunk. I finished placing the "MTMA" decal I got looks awsome. Now I need to stay up and print directions, prepare for last minute things. Hope that jersey,dis or spicy log on so I can talk to them and wake up at 6:45-7am tomorrow to make sure everything is perfect before I head out to the meet.
