If I sold my stock MSP racing beat sway bar to someone with a protege ES, what would they need for the install? I would be including the stock mounting brackets and new 156E bushings. Is there some other mounting bracket that they would need to buy and if so, does anyone have a part number or further info?
Also, what is a fair asking price?

I think they need the cross member too, but I am not positive... If you don't have a buyer yet, i am interested...

yep, they'll need the rear subframe from a MP3, MSP for proper mounting. they may need longer bolts as well.
*cough* http://protege5.ugly.net *cough* for info on his rear setup :)

Why cant someone just use the 21.5 mm AWR horseshoe mount???
Also....whats a good asking price???

I dunno... AWR new is $150 - $200 depending on diameter, So I guess $100 for the rear bar. I don't really know though... I could be way off...

the awr and racing beat bars are different sizes..
MSP = 20mm
awr = 19 and 21.5mm

To install the MP3 rear swaybar on the other sedan you need the spacer bracket from AWR Racing ,and you use the stock bar bushings ,but you have to open them up the fit the MP3 bar . I would also recomend the MP3 rear endlinks . It is also recommended to reinforce the strut mounting tabs ofor the end links on the strut tube .
THis is what I did with my LX and have had no problems with the install f or 2 years now .

How much do you charge for just the bar? New or used?

For just the bar, and no brackets or anything? How many do you have? The reason that I ask is because I would be interested, but I may need to wait a month or so... Do you think that you would still have one
