replace fog w/ driving lights?

anyone done this mod. i have some PIAA 550's?? i think, that i was told would fit into the foglight mounts.....

I haven't done it, but have seen it done. It's actually the Piaa 520 series. As far as I know it should work perfect with the exeption of some wire cutting. I'm eveballing the 520 ion crystal driving lamp myself. You can even go to piaa.com and see that the 520's apply to our vehicle

any special bracket's needed or can o just replace out the lens and backing plate......

I cut the studs from my brackets and flipped them around. Others just used spacers on the bolts. If your interested in PIAA's I can tell you where to get a great deal on them. PM me if interested. :D
