Sunroof problems

Recently my sunroof stopped opening. It tilts just fine, but when I try to open it, it grinds to a halt. I've pushed up on the headliner portion of the sunroof and it looks like one of the cables is getting kinked. Anyone else dealt with this?

you may have to pull it apart and deal with the matter.

you can get a fsm to show you how to pull it apart at ..
