ok i need some help. when i hold the gas at wot and then slowly let go i get a very weird sound like there is air pushing through a small hole. i checked all the lines and clamps and all is good. also when i held it at 4-5psi for a couple seconds it sounded like i blew off a vacume hose (but i didnt) and the the bov didnt do the sound after that but this morning it did it again(dunno) so i put the stock one on and its normal. also i only have 4 out of the 6 bolts on the top of the bov. HELP!!!

If you only have 4 of the 6 bolts, then you are probably leaking air out of the valve itself. Other than that, not sure what it could be, but get those bolts replaced ASAP.

WTF happened to your bolts? Like shocker said, fix that & then try it again. I haven't heard of any problems with the Forge BOV besides the stalling & you can simply drive around that.

Give Forge a call @ 407-447-5363 & talk to Tom. I'm sure he can help you fix this.

Since he started the thread, I'll post my issues.
I understand it's going to stall if I hit the clutch and I am boosting it will stall out. But what I don't understand is why with the Forge BOV, I am almost stalling at idle at a stoplight/stop sign. It drops down to 700 or RPM... (normal) then after sitting for a bit the idle will actually dip down to 500 and come back up, sometimes even lower, to where the car ALMOST stalls but bounces back, just barely.
Do I need a better vacuum source for the valve? Check for leaks? Any other suggestions?
My current vacuum is the line from the stock BPV.

My car idles like that STOCK!!! I think it's still an issue with our screwed ECU's.

My car does that on occasion also, and I'm bone stock!

yeah mine has done the idle drop in many different setups and conditions
it seems more frequent on humid days, but ive seen it happen in many different weather situations.
ive brought it to the dealership to see what they have to say, they just tell me its the fan kicking in and its normal.

yeah, mine would drop a little stock on occasion, but never like it has recently after I put the BOV on.
Can't wait for the EMS!
