Does the MSP have a different wiring harness in relation to the fog lights?
I want to add fogs to me MSP - does our harness have to be modified in this respect or is it a stock Protege harness that just needs to be hooked up?
I would have to add a relay anyway (FET 85W (?) Ion Fogs) - im mainly worried about the switch on the dash. I have purchased one from a board member for $16 and should I be able to locate the appropriate wires behind the panel?
also firewall foward should they locatable or will I need to add wiring for the whole setup?

No - I didnt search -
If im outa line please tell me to search! (pow)

well we can always tell you to search, but here goes: the wiring harnesses, apparently aren't there (despite being told by a mazda technician); not that it matters: most of the wires willl come with your fog lights (although short by three feet...). if the fog lights you choose don't have glow rings, the switch you bought will be ok, just power it from the main headlight relay and you'll be ok. the firewall shouldn't be a problem, and you'll probably need mounting brackets from brian (03msp) to put your fog lights on...

Nope - I have my own custom made brackets (with stock looking grills) in the works - :p

And the wiring- I will have to add a relay anyway as the FET's IIRC are 85W bulbs - hence the stock wiring is a bit to small to handle it-

but I guess ill have to run the whole gambit then - no tying in with factory - oh well it was worth a shot -
