Hey guys I need a replacement for the check valve that is inside of the brake booster line. I replaced all the lines in my car and made the mistake of leaving that and some other hoses around my room. My dog got to it and chewed the hell out of it. I cleaned it off and placed it back on my car. Nonetheless I am now chugging along and need to depress firm as hell to get my brakes to work. I need my car for work and I was told if I purchased it from the dealer it would take about 5 business days. I was wondering if anyone knew if I could just as easily get an aftermarket part even if it is external least for the time being. thanks!

this sounds a little too innane to be an april fools joke
anyways i would go to a junkyard and find a protege and grab the whole hose for cheap

its no april fool's joke. If it was It would have been corney as hell. I'd rather get a new piece though without paying the dealership premium. Anyone know if any aftermarket check valves can be used? Thanks
