Does anyone have any of their products?
And if so, how are they?
Do they provide good installation directions?
I did do a search, and all i found was people complaining about there prices.(dunno)
Thanks for any info.

talk to Tiwing. He has their hard pipes and is getting the midpipe as well.
You will be lucky if you get them this year (I have been waiting over 3 months)

I have there hard pipes and I have ordered a few other things from Kevin and I have had great experience with them. There product is first class.
They told me they were shipping "in the next few days" a few weeks ago. I guess they ran into problems.... again, just like they did before, and the time before that, and the time before that... Grats to them for earning interest on my hard earned money!

There product is first class.that very well may be true, however that doesn't do any of us any good if we never recieve what we paid for. It is unfair buisness practices. I would be suprised if i recv'd my hardpipes within the next 2 months, or even at all. At this point I am considering it a total loss, and am looking for another source for my hardpipes. Be warned, if you buy from these guys, expect to wait... and wait... and wait... They don't return phone calls, and provide false information, not my idea of a "professional buisness". I am not the only one who has been having problems with them. Thread after thread about these guys, I would not consider ordering from them again after the experience I have had.

I understand your frustration. If you have made all possible attempts to contact them and if they have not lived up to their end of the bargain/contract, then there are actions you can take:
1) Contact Essential Speed and see if you can work something out. If it's a smaller company, there may be things going on behind the scenes that we don't know about (*cough* Spool *cough *).
2) Call you credit card company and have the charge cancelled - effectively cancelling your order with Essential Speed
3) Contact BBB and file a complaint. They may/may not be registered with BBB, but it's always an option.
4) Litigation - not always recommended as it is expensive and time consuming.
5) Nothing - eat the cost, have a few beers, and move on.

screw the BBB, contact the attourney general. Best way to get shit like this worked out. They usually respond pretty quick. I have had to call mine a few times regarding bad business practices. Ask me if you have any questions.
They are in Canada.. i think that complicates things

Called them, got the "they will ship tomorrow" thing (broken record), willing to bet they won't!

cancel the transaction on your card, file a complaint with the attourney general, take them to court, sue them for your money + lawyer fees.
You have a few options....
