Putting 17" rims on a GX?

Has anyone put 17's on a GX? I'm guessing it wouldn't be a problem since the GT/GFX comes with 17's. Anyways I have a friend selling a set of 17" Konig Verdicts and says they have a "universal 5 lug patter". Would these fit on the GX or would I need more information about the rims?

I'm selling my 17's from my Mazda 3s to put racing hearts. If interested let me know. You will get mine with tires and everything. Any 17's with a universal 5 lug should fit fine, as long as they aren't too wide.
