Does anyone have the AEM CAI for the MSP yet? If so you could post some pics, I need to know if it will work with my Ion fmic. I was going to buy Ion's and that isn't going anywhere soon, so I need to either buy another injen or buy the new AEM.

Buy another injen? I did not know aem made a Cai. Sorry, i know its not much help, just wondering why you would have to buy another one.

Because I sold it thinking that the Ion group buy was going to get underway fast. I've been waiting well over a month now. I need something on there.

That sucks, how much did you sell it for? Why did you not just keep the Injen, I thought it worked with the Ion FMIC.

I sold it for 175. I wanted to go with everything from Ion, but I don't really care now, I just bought the Greddy sp2 catback, so i'm forgetting the whole Ion theme. Although I still think they are a great company with excellent customer service, they just need to have products in stock ready to ship when people want to buy them, not waiting forever.

Wasnt the Ion exhaust around 1400? A bit expensive, good quality though. Sorry im talking off topic here, did not mean to take your thread over. You going to get a downpipe to finish off the exhaust?

I already had one of Ion's 2.5 inch dp, and it broke, so they are sending me another one. I need motor mounts, too much movement is what I think broke it. Others have had no trouble with it at all. It was just a fluke that mine broke.

Well good luck on everything, you should post some dyno numbers when you get everything done. Sounds like a sweet setup.

I will put up dyno numbers. I was 153whp stock, just like the magazine article. I am doing everything that the article mentioned, but I have a bigger intercooler, so that may be good for a few extra hp. I'm shooting for around 215 whp. We'll see how it goes.

I was just going to post this exact same question. I too need to know if anyone has installed the new AEM intake. It costs more than the Injen but I am hearing it is good for more HP. I may have to be the board's guiniea (sp) pig if no one takes a chance on it. I mean c'mon, its AEM so you know its good.

Please go and be the gineau pig. I just placed an order with apexi last friday, I should have ordered it but i'm not sure it will work with the Ion fmic. I need to see exactly how its routed before I get it.

Injen will produce the same hp as the AEM. Why spend the extra money for the name?

I paid 200 for my Injen, brand new. I think the Injen is cheaper.
