On the way to work today my exhaust bronke between the cats luckily it fell on the cross member not on the ground. I have a custom cat back system but factory cats and down pipe. So i went to the dealership and it was covered under warranty, probley because i work for a honda dealer next door. So we have something in common. Any way they ordered it be in tomorrow and im happy it didnt tear up anything elese under the car. I just ordered the apex catless DP last week lol lol just in time too.

Mazda said it was from my custom exhaust i had done but its been on there for almost a year now. The stress from the bigger pipe broke it. BULLSHIT i work for a honda dealership and a few techs said no way that happened. How ever they did warranty it for me so screw them my 2.5 dp is here now.

Hey dont bitch if they covered it under warranty. :)

That sucks, but hey it was free, and youve got a new DP on the way anyways!

Have you ever seen a msp get on it in front of you? The muffler is all over the place.

Mine broke also... I thought a gasket blew out or something. I checked it out and about had a hard attack laughing when I saw it broken.

I have not got it taken care of through Mazda yet however.

At least they replaced all my sorry stock turbo hoses while they were at it. My dealer was very good and they had to replace the turbo outlet gasket as well.
It's has to go back because it runs stock boost under WOT but if the revs build fast enough it hits 15PSI and stays there i.e. during hard, sudden wheelspin or during a downshift...I HATE being without my car.
Oh well that's what warranties are for.
