aight imma try and give you what i think he is trying to say.

He is stock except for a boost gauge and is boosting 13 psi. He changed all of the vacuum lines but still reads 13 psi. His blowoff(dunno if aftermarket or stock bpv) is working better now. The next thing that he is going to do is change the wastegate to see if that fixes the problem.

Hes trying to say that his car is stock, and it is having spikes of 13psi and he doesnt know why. He changed all vacuum hoses and still the same problems.

I think he could have a leak on the intercooler pipes, bad wastegate, or bad vacuum hoses.
