Sunroof wind noise

The other day I took off that huge wind deflector on the top of my P5, creating a more smooth look, but now i have another problem. When i slide my sunroof open, this little black bar thingy pops up and causes a top of wind noise. If I put my hand up and push the bar down, the noise goes away. Does anyone know of a way to remove this thing, or is it needed?

With out this bar, air wont come in, it causes interfearance in the flow and redirects the air down..

It's normal for all Sun/Moon roofs. If you want less noise, just tilt it up instead of opening it while driving..

Have you tried holding it down while driving at low speed? The pressure waves it creates are almost unbearable...

Nope haven't tried that...I believe ya though...guess I'll just have to put up with it...I like the feel of the sun on my face this time of year :)
