What's the deal everyone? my name's Giancarlo from south florida (miramar) and i just recently bought a 2003.5 sunlight silver mazdaspeed protege... wow! that's all i have to say. i have a few questions but will hold off on them until i'm a bit more known around here. i also post at www.floridastreetscene.com as sickspeed94, and represent the BluCru car club. here's a picture of my baby. also pictured here are my boost gauge, installed, and my turbo timer, not yet installed. please take my poll as well. i would like to mention that a BC is not a choice in the poll because i would like to keep my warranty in tact for at least a month... unless there is a way to get my boost up while maintaining my warranty, i would rather keep my 6.5 lbs

Congrats...where are you from?

I voted for the Injen because just a muffler isn't going to do much, if you want an exhaust I would save up a little more and get either a cat-back or a downpipe/midpipe, or a full turbo back if ya got the funds.

you should put downpipe/midpipe as an option. there's a lot to be had in a free flowing ehxaust (if you're careful and don't get caught by emissions regulations, that is)

Florida doesn't have emissions testing (yes) ... Without cats, though, the car will sound a little raspy, though.
