I used to have a good friend in the army that was Puerto Rican. He used to hang that flag in his car. I told him all Puerto Ricans did that so that they would know who's car not to steal. lol! He was a cool guy, he knew a shit load about cars.

99 lx here as well, dont know if there is anything that would actually make the car go faster, well fast enough to actually beat other slightly modded cars, best you can hope for is looks, which is what i was doing.
