View Full Version : Service Center Problems/ Anguili Mazda Sucks!!

to make a long story short... i have had my car in the service center at Anguili Mazda in Staten Island , NY for the trans grinding 2 times.. ball joints 1 times, and power steering pump failure once... now problems are still occuring regarding the TSB on cold engine rattle, tsb on clutch chatter, and the tsb on grinding... The service center seems not to fully fix the problems because for the most part they keep coming back.. oh and i have to mention how they got oil or some kind of tar on my rugs and glove box...

I called Mazda direct finally to complain, and they tell me to go to Sansone Automall on Rte. 1 in New Jersey.. the service manager says that "if I cannot duplicate the problems, I cannot fix them" ... the clutch chatter and cold engine rattling only happens when it is cold out so the service manager calls me today and says that he couldnt locate any of the problems so I asked him to keep the car overnight until the morning when it is cold so he can check the car out again... I dont know what to do anymore and I am fed up.

Warranty is up in September and I want to get this stuff fixed before it is up.. any suggestions?? (argh)

I USED to have my car serviced @ Sansone. The new service manager Gerard I think thats his name, is a complete IDIOT! He is so focussed on NOT COVERED BY WARRENTY, VOIDED WARRENTY, it is rediculous! Honestly I would take my car somewhere else to get services. Anywhere but Sansone. No matter how many times you talk to him and explain to him the problem its like what you say goes in one ear and out the other. I was so surprised at this. If I were you I would speak to the service director at Sansone. He's a nice guy and he listens 100%!

I know lol... Wherever I go, I can't win. I'm going to end up fixing the car not using the warranty. I might give Mazda USA a call again and bust some balls (bird)
