2ng Gen Throttle Body

I'm on the final stage of "boring" my TB, and I just noticed it says Z9 on it instead of Z5. For those of you who don't know what Z5 is, it's the engine code for the 1.5L. Anyone know what the Z9 is for?

to be honest, I don't know what the Z9 is for. It may be a part designation for the z5 throttle body. I do know one thing, the difference in size between the 1.5 throttle body and the 1.8 throttle body is rediculous.

hmmm will the 1.8 TB fit on the 1.5 Manifold?

I would have to get/buy a tape measure and take some measurements of both throttle bodies.
I doubt it would work though.
