Boost is ez, PM me for help or do a search. As far as Oil Pressure, and A/F install tips, I am wondering too...

Oil pressure is easy if you're using an electric autometer gauge. Simply go up under the car (you WILL need a hoist for this) remove the oil filter, and look up above it. There is a little sensor in the block with a shrouded wire coming from it. Remove the sensor, and screw the autometer one in. The holes are same thread size. This stock sensor is simply a dummy light, so it will now be on all the time. You'll need to remove the LED from your gauge cluster. Replace the oil filter, refill the oil, and start the car. Your cold oil idle pressure should be about 60-75 PSI. As the oil reaches about 180*F (I have an autometer oil temp gauge as well,) the pressure should come down to about 23 PSI. Check for leaks, and enjoy!

can't you just splice the wires from the sender or tee the two senders?

My car didnt start when i removed the stock o/p sensor. I'd suggest getting a 1/8th brass T fitting from home depot, and a 1/8th NPT to 1/8th BPT fitting from summit racing or another website.
That way you keep the oil light off.

edit: you WILL need a 24mm deep socket and a bit of patience to get the stock fitting out........

What do you mean there isn't another way? I've had mine like I described for about 6 monthsnow, with no problems. You don't need the dummy light anyways. If you're too much of a dumbass to be ableto read a low oil pressure on your gaue, then you shouldn't put one in. I looked into the T fitting method, but found it was way too hard to get all that shit all up in there. Just my two cents.

When I put my oil pressure gauge in, I went to a local custom import shop to ask if they had the 1/8th NPT to 1/8th BPT fitting so that I wouldnt have to wait for one to be shipped. Anyways, the main guru there said that the adapter isn't even needed, and that the threads are so similar you can just use teflon tape and it'll be fine. I took his advice (he's smarter than I am at this) and I've had it on for about 2 weeks, and no leaks. Just my .02 worth

Do tell a little more. I'm not sure I understand you correctly.

The way I've heard it though, if the oil light comes on, you're engine is already fucked. So, why not jsut use the gauge and pull the LED like I did?

thanks guys, I think I will go the T-Fitting route. As far as the AF Ratio, I found that in the How To section.

Yeah, that's true and pulling the dash will work as well. I didn't think of that when I did mine. But I don't want to take out the instrument cluster. anyways I'm at school and the bell is about to ring. I'm going camping for the weekend, so hopefully someone will fill you in before I get back to electricity which will be Sunday.
