Got 2 new tires today

Well i think i got a really good deal on 2 toyo Proxey, for 2 i only had to pay $264. Well i was wondering if you guys think the tires i got are good quality tires, cuz i don't want the tires i got to be shitty. And yea are the toyo's i got just as good as the potenza's becuz the toyo has alot more thread?

I had toyos before and I loved them. They didn't really last very long though. I hate the potenzas they suck in thne rain and I live in Fl.

i think the stock potenzas are excellent in the rain.
they might occasionally slip a tad starting off depending on the type of road surface, but i think they have great grip and traction.

i have always been partial to yokohama tires- just put a set of Geolander 0151 225-70R-16s on my dad's rx300; rated best tire in their class by tirerack.com.

toyo "proxes 4" tires are a good upgrade, the other models are average at best. just my .02.

How long did they last?? was it on your MSP??It was on my old civic. I had them on some racing hart CP 10s. I raced a lot so they only lasted 6 months.

I had the Toyos about 2 years ago and they weren't out. I'm thinking about getting the azenis because I hear a lot of good things about them plus they are some of the least expensive tires out.

Proxes 4 just got reviewed in the new issue of SCC - they basically said they're good tires, but they were testing them on TRACK, and of course, like most, if not all, all-season, high performance tires, they overheated and lost their stickiness. That was expected, though, so no big deal. Do you in fact have the Toyo Proxes 4?

Where did you get the tires? That price doesn't sound bad, but not great either if you compare it to the prices of other higher-performance tires, such as the Yok AVS-ES 100's (which go for about $100/tire on Tirerack)...

i got the proxes4 a while ago they are great so far. lot better than the toyo fz4
