Help! - bumper/grill removal of '99 Protege

My dad is helping me install the mesh grill insert and new horn on my 99 Protege, but we can't figure out how to remove the front bumper cover and/or grill. We have removed all of the snap-on stuff, as well as most screws (as far as we know), but something else seems to be holding them on. Any help would be MUCH appreciated. Thanks.

on the grill there are some snaps down in behind the actual grill and are hard as hell to get back in so i made a stencil of my grill, cut it out of cardboard and then just cut my mesh to the stencil.
