The fan is rather parasitic and robs your engine of power. I'd play with your setup some more and try to alleviate the stalling. Are you running the BOV in conjunction with the stock BPV?

yes sir i am.. well my fan isn't constantly on.. just coming to red lights and total stops.

mind u, my bov is on a metal flange.. and i cut off the plastic tubing from the turbo to the intercooler.. and placed the flange/bov there..

Hmmm...I still haven't installed one on my car yet, but from what I understand it just takes alot of tweaking to get it running right. So how much did you get it for anyway?

dude, you should have NO stalling at all if you're running the stock bpv in conjunction with the greddy. adjust your bov.

I have seen this setup with the HKS SSQV done with the BOV right in the middle. You wouldn't be able to put it there if you have a stock airbox though, only aftermarket intakes would work, or make your air box into a short ram. That would work. Well anyway, congrats and I know it sounds good.

I'm running a BOV with no stalling on the cheap factory pipes. It replace the bpv and had a plug for the other side. I've had it for a few weeks now and haven't stalled. A Dual piston BOV will not stall because it does not vent under vacuum (why most people stall).
