I'd like to look into getting a new front antisway... anybody know specifics about the bar or any aftermarket applications that might work for it?
Don't be an idiot and say "The front sway bar dosn't do anything, you want to change the rear" please.

I'm not going to be an idiot...
...but what changes are you thinking about doing to the handling of your MSP, I'm curious.

Well one thing that helps in stock class is we have an antiroll advantage over the other cars. So I was taking a cue from some of the more successful FWD autocrossers and looking for a thicker front antisway. What it will do is give you a more stable contact patch in the front by reducing roll and therefore stablizing suspension geometry. I won't need as much camber if I can make the best with what I got... and what I got ain't much.
I'm also thinking about not getting my very very bad clunk fixed... because it loosened up the rearend like nobodys business... at a cost of predictability though. I'll most likely get it fixed.

I would call AWR and check it out. I know from my experience, I took off my rear bar and understeer increased dramatically. It felt like a Buick MSP.
So I'm not sure more front bar is what will help.

well having a stiffer and thicker front bar will help turn in alot better which the MSP could use. There's plenty of rear bar.

Once you find a bar it will be a major pain to install. You have to partially lower the front subframe to install it. I put an MP3 bar on my ES and it took a good part of the day to get it in.

i think autoexe makes one for the protege.
i just checked, yeah autoexe, corksport, cusco, protosport, and dgmotorsports all make one for the protege. i'm assuming the bar will fit an msp even though it's specified for a protege.
check corksport's website and/or run a search for protosport body braces here on the forum...protosport's website seems to be under construction.
